Sunlight, in collaboration with Evergreen, Irati and Bab, has developed the landscape assessment for the Vega Baja de Toledo.

This assessment aims to protect and enhance the Historic Center of Toledo and its landscape, by identifying its landscape values. The Vega Baja de Toledo, is a place with great potential for the city as a meeting point with the river and as an open space. The intention is that the archaeological remains can coexist with other uses and contribute actively to the life of the city, protecting the visual landscape, improving the ecological quality and the cultural and leisure offer.

The proposed methodology (which combines national experiences with examples from the United Kingdom and France such as the Landscape character assessments, Plans de Paysage) collects the main landscape resources of the Vega Baja in graphic documentation.
